Mechatronics Test Technician (m/f/x)

We are looking for our production quality assurance department to fill the following position at the earliest possible date:

Mechatronics Test Technician (m/f/x)

These are the challenges we offer you:

  • Maintenance of quality assurance test systems
    —  Regular visual inspection of equipment and devices
    —  Functional testing of operating and automation technology
    —  Replacement of worn components and operating media
    —  Regular maintenance organisation
    —  Supervision of maintenance work by external companies
    —  Troubleshooting and remedial actions (2nd level support)
  • Quality assurance support for pressure resistance and impermeability (key user)
    —  Preparation of machines to be tested and connection to testing systems
    —  Implementation of semi-automatic test sequences, including a precision leakage test using a gas detector
    —  Approval of tested machines for the following manufacturing steps
  • (Further) development of testing technology
    —  Co-development by introducing knowledge gained regarding function, durability, handling, occupational and operational safety
    —  Construction and modification of test system technology, including support for external companies, if required

That makes you stand out:

  • Mechatronics technician/electronics technician (m/f/d) with experience in operating/industrial site/refrigeration/process technology or similar
  • An interest in control and automation technology, as well as vacuum and test gas technology
  • Skilled craftsmanship
