Dominik Bielefeld has been supporting our Wurm-Hotline technical support team since January 2021. He has 17 years of experience in refrigeration technology and has already worked in various areas as a refrigeration system builder, foreman, service technician, commissioning technician, and in-project management, internal services, hotline, project planning & sales… Who could be better suited for this job?
Dominik, what are your tasks at TEKO?
My main task is providing technical advice via the Wurm-Hotline with a focus on Wurm control for CO2 units. In general, however, I am happy to tackle all sorts of issues relating to refrigeration technology.
How did you discover TEKO?
In the past, I had already installed, commissioned and maintained a number of TEKO units. That’s why I am so familiar with the machine units and TEKO, especially from a technical point of view.
Given that the refrigeration industry is a relatively small industry, you become familiar with the players involved. Let’s put it this way: There was an in-house headhunter who contacted me when the position was advertised.
What do you particularly like about your job and TEKO?
TEKO offers future-oriented technology with lots of potential – that alone would be enough. I like the challenge of new tasks on a daily basis, and having the opportunity to grow with them every day. In addition, my colleagues at TEKO are great – both technically and personally.
What future plans do you have at TEKO?
Naturally, I would like to continuously develop my own expertise and make a contribution to the success of future refrigeration technology at TEKO.
Thank you very much for the interview, Dominik. We hope you continue having such a great time at TEKO. We are happy to have you on our team!
