Felix Brosch – Work Preparation

13. December 2021

Felix Brosch has been working as a technical employee in the Work Preparation department since April 2021. With his technical background, he is ideally suited for this position. He completed training as an industrial mechanic and subsequently went on to gain further training as a state-certified technician, with a specialisation in machine technology.

Felix, what are your tasks at TEKO?

Among other things, I am responsible for processing internal operating orders in the Work Preparation department. This means: Creation of parts lists, work plans and variant kits for serial and special systems. I am also the point of contact for colleagues from production and other areas – especially when it comes to technical issues.

How did you discover TEKO?

With its variety of technical challenges, the refrigeration industry has always held my interest. When looking for a new challenge, I finally came across TEKO. The focus on natural refrigerants appealed to me directly. Thanks to my previous position, I was able to gain experience in unit construction, which I could use to contribute to TEKO.

What do you particularly like about your job and TEKO?

What I like most about TEKO is the proximity to production. In the event of any issues, you can be on site quickly and react efficiently. The structured induction of friendly and helpful colleagues is rewarded by independent projects that continue in parallel. I also think it’s good that you can bring your ideas in and put them up for discussion right from the start.

What future plans do you have at TEKO?

My plans for the future at TEKO are, on the one hand, to provide the best possible technical support for the production processes and to develop new methods and processes that will further optimise the assembly of our units. I would also like to help drive forward internal departmental developments with the aim of further increasing our efficiency.

Thank you for the interview, Felix. We are delighted that you are part of our team and wish you continued enjoyment and success in your work at TEKO in the future!
