In March 2021, Manuel Ruopp started working in the After Sales Service department. The trained refrigeration system builder and state-certified refrigeration technician previously worked for a refrigeration specialist as a service mechanic and in the technical planning and assembly of refrigeration units. Thus, he understands the needs of our customers firsthand and can optimally respond to them.

Manuel, what are your tasks at TEKO?

At TEKO, I work in After Sales Service, where I am primarily responsible for quality assurance, commissioning support and customer support.

How did you discover TEKO?

I already had TEKO in mind when I was studying to be a technician. I like the quality standards of their highly innovative products. Through my job at the time, I often came into contact with TEKO units, which then solidified things for me.

What do you particularly like about your job and TEKO?

I like the high quality standards of the units and the family environment at the company.

What future plans do you have at TEKO?

I simply want to help develop the company, while developing myself here as well.

Thank you for speaking to us, Manuel. We are delighted to have you on board. We wish you every success in the future!
