Commercial order processing, from order acceptance and entry through to on-time delivery and subsequent invoicing

Customs clearance, including the preparation of delivery notes, invoices, export declarations, CMR documents and preference calculations, as well as export control

Preparation of supplier declarations

Maintenance and updating of customer data

Active customer support by phone and in writing
-
Preparation and follow-up of quotations for traded goods
-
Support for the field sales team

Receipt and initial processing of complaints

Preparation of credit notes and debit notes
-
Active and close cooperation with colleagues from related specialist departments

Completed commercial training, ideally as an industrial business management assistant, with several years of experience in export and customs clearance

Strong communication and persuasion skills, combined with a high level of personal initiative

Structured and target-oriented way of working

Confident use of MS Office

Good written and spoken English skills

Technical understanding is an advantage
