To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Altenstadt (Hesse), we are looking for a Production Planner (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

What you can expect
  • Develop and maintain assemblies and new modular systems in collaboration with project management
  • Manage and maintain series and standard systems as well as custom builds, including data maintenance and follow-up tasks in the ERP system Ordat
  • Support in handling missing parts and identifying alternatives; process variant keys and specification changes
  • Review and update technical documentation such as flowcharts, requirement lists, and designs
  • Act as technical contact for various departments including production, purchasing, sales, design, and production planning
  • Support the introduction of new product series and product developments
  • Create modification and repair orders and manage specific item and material numbers
  • Improve return quality and define corrective measures
  • Manage and process requests and issues via the ticketing system
What sets you apart
  • Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering and manufacturing technology
  • Experience with MS Office and ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
  • Several years of experience in production planning or a similar role in mechanical engineering
  • Proven experience in planning and controlling production processes
  • Ability to analyze and optimize workflows
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments such as production, purchasing, and design
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and conditions, and commitment to continuous learning and new technologies
