Elena Muhin – SQL-Programmiererin

13. December 2021

In June 2021, Elena Muhin started as an SQL programmer in Automation, one of our new areas. Through her studies in analysis, stochastics and programming, and with a degree in Business Mathematics B.Sc., she is an ideal addition to the team.

Elena, what are your tasks at TEKO?

My tasks in the field of automation involve the maintenance and expansion of TEKO’s calculation tools. This includes the continuous implementation of new features and series products. I also take care of the automation of internal workflows and management processes.

How did you discover TEKO?

After my previous job at an electronics company in Frankfurt am Main, I wanted to develop myself further and looked for new challenges. Then, I happened to see an online advert from TEKO looking for an SQL programmer. I applied straight away, got lucky and was hired.

What do you particularly like about your job and TEKO?

It was not easy to change jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic – social distancing restrictions make adjusting to the new job a little more difficult. But my colleagues are really nice and have supported me right from the start, which meant that I immediately felt very comfortable here. For me, everything has to have order, structure and logic – and that’s exactly how the calculation tools in Excel are built, which I really enjoy.

What future plans do you have at TEKO?

In the future, I would like to develop myself further professionally in order to make internal workflows even easier, faster and more efficient.

At this point, I would like to thank TEKO for giving me the opportunity to work here and also my colleagues for their great support!

Thank you for speaking to us, Elena! We wold like to say thank you for being with us and for bringing a breath of fresh air into this male domain. Enjoy your work!
