Roman Weingart – Technical Sales Manager

16. December 2020

Roman Weingart already worked for TEKO from 2014 to 2017 when he was part of the development and sales department. In the years that followed, he gained extensive knowledge and experience as a sales manager, particularly in the Scandinavian region. Since August 2020, he has been strengthening the TEKO team again as Technical Sales Manager. In this role, he is responsible for supporting new and existing Scandinavian customers as well as developing business in Scandinavia and Great Britain.

Editorial staff: Roman, you already worked for us in the sales department. What is your future role at TEKO?

Roman: My job role is “Technical Sales Manager”. I am responsible for sales, customer service and business development in Scandinavia and the UK.

Editorial staff: What made you choose to work for TEKO again?

Roman: It was very easy for me to decide to come back again given the exciting tasks undertaken by the sales department, together with my colleagues and the TEKO product range that I know well.

Editorial staff: What do you like most?

Roman: In particular the trust placed in me. My new tasks, cooperating with my colleagues and benefitting from their support. I am looking forward to everything that is coming up.

Editorial staff: What are your plans for the future at TEKO?

Roman: My aim is to establish the TEKO name and product range in my target countries and to grow with our existing customers.

Editorial staff: Is there anything else you would like to add?

Roman: With regard to the coronavirus, I hope that we will soon be able to talk freely again in person with our colleagues and move within the company without restrictions. And I hope that the Altenstadt Cold Days can be held again in September 2021 in its tried and tested format – featuring personal contact and light-hearted discussions.

Editorial staff: Roman, thank you for speaking to us. We are very happy to have you back in the team and wish you much joy and success in completing your new goals and tasks.
