We are looking to fill the following position at our head office in Altenstadt/Hesse:

Controller (m/w/x)

These are the challenges we offer you:

  • Taking responsibility for the entire controlling of the corporate group (production, sales, and general cost controlling)
  • Preparation, analysis, and interpretation of monthly results and relevant operational key figures
  • Analysis of the production costs of ongoing production and analysis of variations from the calculation
  • Coordination and further development of the product profitability reporting system
  • Sustainable increase in transparency and efficiency in the production area by providing key figures
  • Updating hourly rates and determining surcharge rates
  • Preparation of the cost unit accounting including allocations and expansion of the contribution margin accounting
  • Preparation of variance and root cause analyses
  • Proactive involvement in the establishment of an efficiency-enhancing controlling and the digitization of analysis methods
  • Initiation and coordination of cost reduction projects

That makes you stand out:

  • Completed business administration degree, ideally with a focus on controlling, business engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience with excellent expertise in the field of controlling, with a focus on manufacturing
  • In-depth knowledge of data analysis and controlling tools such as Excel, VBA
  • Very good technical understanding
  • Interest in working in a medium-sized company embedded in corporate structures
  • Very good numerical understanding and analytical thinking
  • Independent and structured way of working
