We are looking to fill the following position in our head offices in Altenstadt/Hesse at the earliest possible date:

Foreperson (m/f/x)

for the Production Department (Assembly)

• You will be responsible for instructing and leading the employees in your area of responsibility
• Your further responsibilities include independently organizing the execution of orders in a quality- and deadline-oriented manner
• Acting as a liaison between the assembly and planning departments
• Supporting and motivating employees is also part of your responsibilities
• You will also be responsible for developing employees and work methods

• You have completed a vocational/technical training and/or have several years of professional experience in the mentioned area of responsibility
• You are responsible and have gained experience in leading a team
• You identify problems, see them as challenges, and try to solve them
• You have good German and English skills
