We are looking to fill the following position in our head offices in Altenstadt/Hesse at the earliest possible date:

Team Leader After Sales Service (m/f/x)

These are the challenges we offer you:

  • As a team leader (m/f/x), you will be responsible for the strategic, professional, and disciplinary leadership of the After Sales Service department
  • Reviewing, developing, and implementing the After Sales Service strategy are part of your responsibilities, as well as continuously optimizing processes, including implementation in our ERP system
  • Together with the team, you will create positive customer experiences through excellent After Sales Service. You will be responsible for the smooth handling of service and complaint matters of the company
  • You will monitor, review, and evaluate all returns and complaints
  • Your solution-oriented thinking and actions will help you engage with our customers in difficult conversations and ensure satisfaction on both sides through customer-oriented communication
  • With your assertiveness, you will be involved in the continuous improvement process within the company, such as feedback with product management, production, and suppliers
  • You will assert claims from complaints against our suppliers and represent our company in case of legal disputes

  • You have completed studies or a commercial education with a business qualification or a comparable degree
  • As a team player with empathy and a dynamic, strong leadership personality, you understand how to motivate all participants towards a goal
  • Furthermore, you enjoy customer contact and have extensive experience in customer service, especially in complaint handling, ideally for technical products or mechanical engineering
  • A structured and independent way of working characterizes you, as well as communication skills and negotiation skills
  • You have good English skills
  • You are proficient in using MS Office programs as well as ERP and CRM systems
